A global process was implemented for a leading healthcare company to ensure efficient collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Problem:
For companies in the healthcare sector, the global problem is that working with HPCs (Healthcare Professionals) is a duty that must be both legally compliant and efficient. The lack of standardization on a globally defined basis made this project a little extra difficult.

Project description:
Working with HPCs in a compliant but efficient way is a challenge for healthcare companies around the world. The objective of the project was to establish a workflow that would enable a standardized process based on globally defined guidelines. amerdis provided various services during this project:

With more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and IT, we were able to understand the business requirements and find the right translation into the technical world to create the needed solution.

Appropriate project management was required, as well as intercultural knowledge combined with soft skills in project management. A balance between an agile approach and excellent leadership guaranteed the success of the project, combined with a strong desire to change what needed to be changed. Today, more than 5,000 users create more than 50,000 HCP engagements per year safely and efficiently, allowing those responsible to sleep soundly.
